Four letters, two in German, from German Admiral Trescow, the Naval Commander at Le Havre, captured by the 2nd Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment 13th Sept. 1944. The letters were received by the C.O. (Lt.-Col. Butterworth), and were later presented by his widow to Capt. R.C. Nash, who was adjutant at the time. 1944.
