Drum Major's mace in box. Wooden, with a gilt top and gilt chain wound around the stem. On the metal top is a gilt crown, Battle Honours, and the insctipsion 'The Gloucestershire Regiment/5th Battalion/Egypt', and on the back 'E.II.R.'.
